As Broker of Record and Director of Sales, Alec manages Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors’ presence in Florida. Alec is involved with every aspect of a property’s success, from selecting and training ideal sales teams to creating optimal, results-oriented sales strategies for each developer client. As a previous owner and broker of a Central Florida residential brokerage, Alec has been part of the ever-changing central Florida real estate market since 1984. He joined The Condo Store team in Orlando in 2001, and has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth throughout the region.
Alec has 25 years of experience overseeing new construction and conversion projects, from single-family to high-rise condominiums. He participated in numerous successful projects including The Waverly, Grande Downtown, Central Park, and The Hamptons. Always seeking new insights into the industry, Mr. String is experienced in all aspects of the real estate business, including site acquisition, design, permitting, construction, sales and marketing.
