As Executive Vice President, Bob is Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors’ authority on single family developments and distressed assets, offering unparalleled perspectives for valued partners and clients. His experience and leadership have help create processes and procedures targeted at successful dispositions of REO properties, resulting in more than $150,000,000 in sales during 2008 and 2009.
A former executive with Ryland Homes and UDC Homes, Bob’s vast industry knowledge, management skills and analytical ability have garnered measurable results for prominent builder and developer clients and bank partners. Bob believes a systematic, result-orientated process is the key to success for any community, evidenced by his past successes managing builder programs, serving on architectural committees and creating long-range strategic plans for Atlanta’s premier builders, developers and banks.
Bob is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, a life member of the National Association of Home Builders’ Million Dollar Circle and a board member of HomeAid Atlanta. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from Florida State University.
