
Bob Romano has more than 22 years of experience in residential community real estate sales and marketing. As EVP, Business Development, Bob is Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors’ authority on single family developments and distressed assets, offering unparalleled perspectives for valued partners and clients.
Bob’s vast industry knowledge, management skills, and analytical virtuosity have garnered measurable results for prominent developer clients. A former executive with Ryland Homes and UDC Homes, Bob believes that sales training is the key to success. He created Coldwell Banker Builder Developer Service’s sales program, sharing his breadth of experience in every residential development product category. He has also served as an instructor in the Agent Training Program, managed lot sales, served on architectural committees, and created long-range strategic plans for Atlanta’s premier developers.
Bob is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and a life member of the National Association of Home Builders’ Million Dollar Circle. He is a committee member of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, which honored him as Sales Manager of the Year (1991). He is also a Board Member of HomeAid Atlanta. Bob holds a BA in marketing from Florida State University.
