
Brad Horner has been a driving force in the Southeastern real estate marketplace for nearly two decades. Currently, as President of Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors, he has complete oversight for all of the company’s operations and deliverables.
Formerly president of Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, Brad transformed the company into a nationally recognized brand, marketing residential real estate with annual sales exceeding $2 billion. His ability to anticipate trends and develop meticulous business growth strategies drove the company’s successes during the loft-living trend of the 1990s, the ensuing conversion movement, and the subsequent new-construction/high-rise boom. Brad also opened new markets for the company, including Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, Texas, Louisiana, and North and South Carolina. In addition, he shepherded the “Partners in Luxury” division within Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, serving developers and buyers spanning the luxury segment.
Brad began his real estate career with a successful decade selling and marketing master-planned golf course and resort communities. He is a member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association, the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the Urban Land Institute and Midtown Alliance. He holds a BS in business and communications from Florida State University.
