
As Vice President, Marketing for Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors, Christine directly manages integrated marketing efforts – including collateral development, events, sponsorships, social media initiatives, direct mailings, Web site development, advertising, giveaways and onsite signage – for the company’s Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida properties with combined annual budgets of over $1 million dollars. She approaches each property and project site individually, carefully crafting every program to take into account buyer profiles, competitive analysis, sales strategies and budget parameters. With the implementation of multi-channel approached marketing strategies there was an average of 50% additional increase in traffic on participating sites.
Christine joined Coldwell Banker The Condo Store in 2005, during which time she developed and maintained strong relationships with clients, resulting in organic business growth. Prior to joining the company, Christine worked in the advertising industry servicing major brands including Eastman Kodak, The PGA and Merial's HEARTGARD and led media strategy development and planning for national and international placements.
She holds a marketing degree from The University of Georgia and is involved in industry and community organizations including the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council and the Boy Scouts of America.
