As Vice President of Marketing for Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors, Christine Macrenaris is responsible for the strategic implementation of the company's marketing programs for Atlanta, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.
Christine believes that sales and marketing teams should work together with each other and with developer clients in order to generate successful campaigns. She approaches each property and project site individually, carefully crafting every program to take into account buyer profiles, sales strategies and budget parameters. Christine consistently seeks out emerging programs and cutting edge initiatives on the Internet, including Social Media. She thoroughly investigates new media and marketing tools, and then selects those which work best in reaching targeted audiences.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker The Condo Store in 2005, Christine worked in the advertising industry servicing major brands including Eastman Kodak, The PGA and Merial's HEARTGARD leading brand. She holds a marketing degree from The University of Georgia.
