
In his role as Senior Vice President of Sales, Collin spearheads the strategic planning, execution and management of Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors’ sales programs, promoting client collaboration and integrated team involvement throughout the sales process. Under his leadership, the company’s talented lineup of sales directors repositioned multiple communities in 2009 in order to drive sales velocity, leading to an 83% increase in 1st quarter 2009 sales revenues and driving more than $500,000,000 in sales and closings company-wide throughout the year.
Whether restructuring an existing sales program or positioning a new community for success, Collin is known for his ability to guide sales professionals to industry leading levels of client service and sales performance. Collin joined Coldwell Banker The Condo Store in 2002, bringing an invaluable understanding of clients’ business perspective after five years managing commercial leasing and development project management at Armistead Barkley (now the Tennessee division of Crosland).
Collin is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Atlanta Midtown Alliance and the Buckhead Alliance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Art History from U.C. Berkeley and is an avid architectural history enthusiast.
