The multi-family division was formed in 1993 to fulfill a highly specialized niche; providing unparalleled expertise in the sales and marketing of condominiums, lofts and townhomes. Drawing upon the national perspective and resources of NRT and Coldwell Banker, The Condo Store began a national expansion in 2000 that resulted in successfully marketing more than 450 new construction and conversion multi-family developments of every description across the Southeast with a sales volume in excess of seven billion dollars.
