Holly, Vice President, Business Development in Florida, has a proven track record as a leader in Florida’s new home and condominium sales markets that spans nearly three decades. She calls upon her wealth of knowledge in business development, as well as new home sales management and training, to provide the structure of any pro-ject’s quick sellout.
Holly is no stranger to the Coldwell Banker brand, as she served as Coldwell Banker The Condo Store’s vice president of business devel-opment from 2004 to 2006, during which time she led multi-family efforts resulting in more than $5 billion in new business, and was also Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Florida director from 2002 to 2003, recruiting more than $150 million in new business. Holly also conceived DeLand’s RE/MAX Leading Edge Realty office and served as of vice president of Arvida Realty Services Builder Services Division.
Holly has a real estate Broker’s License in Florida and graduated with honors in English from Florida International University. She is a mem-ber of the National Association of Home Builders and West Volusia Association of Realtors and is also a volunteer with the Children’s Miracle Network.
