A licensed auctioneer, Jon is an accomplished and proactive leader with an outstanding track record of successfully directing acquisitions, entitlements, and real estate sales activities in an accelerated environment. He is an organizational manager, adept at building and leading high-performing teams spanning multiple functions to meet and exceed objectives. Jon is a highly skilled communicator with proven ability to integrate cross-functionally to achieve sales, marketing and customer satisfaction goals. Jon began his career in the automotive industry and for nearly 20 years was associated with the industry’s top brands, both corporately and as a franchisee owner operator. He is a graduate of General Motors Institute (Northwood University), attended the University of Toledo and is an active member of the National Auctioneer’s Association.
Over the past decade, Jon and Lori have developed a unique real estate auction business strategy, refining their model and conducting hundreds of real estate auctions throughout the U.S., and they have generated over $100 million in real estate transactions. Their auction services have resulted in closed sales for over 88 percent of the properties auctioned to date.
