Maria plays an integral role in enhancing company sales, exceeding general market trends and expectations every year. She has implemented rigorous, specialized, targeted training programs, creating unparalleled understanding of the needs and requirements of today’s buyers. Maria joined (Coldwell Banker) The Condo Store following a 25-year career in telecommunications sales and marketing. After demonstrating extraordinary sales aptitude at Southern Bell Telegraph and Telephone Company in Miami, she was brought to Atlanta to serve as VP, Marketing for BellSouth Advertising and Publishing Company. There, she successfully spearheaded numerous programs in marketing, sales operations, training and management development. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, she also managed Latin America assignments for the company’s international business development initiative.
Maria is a member of the National Board of Realtors, the Atlanta Board of Realtors and is a two-time recipient of Coldwell Banker’s International Presidents Circle award and its Million Dollar Club award. She holds a BS in marketing from Florida State University’s College of Business.
