As Vice President, Strategy and Organizational Development, Maria brings Fortune 100 marketing and sales experience to the training and development of the company’s management team, sales associates and employees. Since 2005, Maria has personally trained all of Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors’ agents coast to coast, ensuring that the company’s rigorous and targeted training programs help agents acquire an unparalleled understanding of the needs and requirements of today’s buyers and successfully illustrate the value of the communities they represent.
Maria joined Coldwell Banker The Condo Store following a successful 25-year career in telecommunications sales, marketing and operations. She has held numerous positions in the company including onsite sales associate, sales manager, director of sales, national director of training and vice president of organizational development.
Maria is a member of the National Board of Realtors and the Atlanta Board of Realtors and is a two-time recipient of Coldwell Banker’s International Presidents Circle award and its Million Dollar Club award. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Florida State University’s College of Business.
