Marty Griffin is the key point of contact between Coldwell Banker NRT Development Advisors and receivers or lenders of REO properties. Marty brings unique expertise in this area, working in close partnership with clients and company agents to ensure that all sales and marketing systems are properly executed for every site.
For 28 years, Ms. Griffin owned Saddle Rock Camp in Mentone, Ala., with full responsibility and oversight. In 1997 she sold the business, and in 1998, indulged a lifelong passion for real estate as a sales agent for The Condo Store. Marty’s consistent, stellar performance earned a promotion to Director of Sales in 2003. A unique ability to focus on both the “big picture” and “the details” assure that Marty’s properties are always optimally presented, and prospective buyers are motivated and impressed. In 2007 she was named VP, Operations, and helped build the company brand by delivering a superior, consistent customer experience in every area from property presentation to hiring and training.
Marty is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, and holds a Georgia Appraiser’s License. She holds a BA from Mississippi University for Women, and an MS in education from the University of Georgia.
